Can the output of what your streaming be viewed in real time on another device

I would like to know if there is a way in OBS to send the output of the audio and video that I am stream of our church service to a local device like a projector or tv in real time. We are viewing the stream from facebook now on a tv but there is a delay of 6 or 7 seconds from realtime. The tv is located in a seperate area and generally isn't a problem but at times the sound from the tv can be heard in the sancturay and because of the delay is a little annoying.
 
Connect the the projector or TV to your PC that runs OBS so it shows up as additional monitor in Windows, then right-click the OBS preview->Fullscreen projector (preview)->choose the projector/TV.
