Can Stream COD Modern Warfare Well but Battlefield 4 Streams at 1 Frame/Minute with Identical Settings

Both were made with identical OBS settings. Is it the game? I've been watching people stream it all week, and they have lesser PC specs.

Would a moderator please delete this thread for me to prevent it from becoming useless clutter? I found on another thread that I can switch out of fullscreen and/or capture the game directly instead of using screen capture. Found some other info as well. I feel I've got a good chance of sorting this out on my own, making my post here redundant. Thank you.
