Question / Help Can someone tell me my ideal settings?

Hi,
I am streaming on mixer through OBS, I do not really know how to use OBS and when I try do it, I get dropped frames, lag or terrible quality.
can someone tell me what settings would be best for me ?
My laptop i run OBS on is a:
Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1G2 Laptop 15.6" Intel Celeron 4GB 160GB
My download speeds are roughly 50mbps and upload roughly 5-7mbps

Few Things We Have to Consider, the laptops overall performance, and how well it will function while streaming.

So lets run through a quick checklist.

Upload Speed: 5-7 Mbps (Looks Good Enough for a 2500 -3000 Bitrate)
Overall Computer: Now, I want you to note im going to try to make you have the best settings possible for your laptop but beware they may not work considering, I don't have the same laptop so I wouldn't know.

I'm assuming you'r using OBS Studio Because no specific OBS version was specified.

Recommended:
Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1280x720 (30 FPS)
Output (Canvas) Resolution: 960x540 (This is just a recommendation)
Downscale filter: Bilinear
Bitrate: 2500 - 3000 Kbps

- Keyframe Interval
-CPU Usage Preset
-Profile
-Tune

also, not sure if this makes any sense but the stream seems to be better wireless and not connect with the earth net cable, not sure if this is actually true but seems it.

I dont think this is a fact

Keyframe Int: 0
CPU Preset: Veryfast - superfast (You're Preference)
Profile: main
Tune:Default
 
Lord - when are you streaming next? I could help you in realtime much easier than trying to troubleshoot via forum. Would probably take 30 minutes to tweak settings with a bunch of stream start and stops. :D
 
I'm in US and sadly at work before the holiday weekend. I'll be free after 6:00 CT (GMT -6) and would love to hop on anytime after that to help get things sorted for ya!
