Question / Help can someone recommend me settings?

I have an amazing rig but trash internet and i was wondering if there was anything special i can do to improve my stream
my rig has an i7-4700mq, gtx 870m 3gig and 16gigs of ram running on win 8.1
but my internet is only 2 down and one up

You're typically supposed to give us a log file. If you only have 1mbps upload then you're severely limited on what you can do. Probably would have to recommend 480p downscale (or lower) to compensate for the lack of bandwidth. Probably won't be stable even around 700 bitrate.

i was having alot of traffic at the time and obs was going past 720 bitrate and avging around 800
