My obs keeps crashing and I do not know why. When I run it on safe mode it works perfectly ok. I do not know what is wrong.

Looks like obs-outputs.dll is causing the crash. It could part of another plugin as multi-rtmp is also mentioned involved on the crash. This is one of the reasons OBS Studio devs ask plugin devs to not use obs on their naming.
Why the path of this file is located inside onedrive folder path??? That's a bad practice. Put OBS on a path outside this kind of services to avoid problems like revert to an old file version because the online backup service decided that the new one isn't what you need.
