Question / Help Can someone help me with my settings?

I just bought a new CPU today to help with my streaming and now when I try some games I get not only fps drop and high cpu usage in obs but also ingame wich has never happend before, my specs are

• ASUS Z87-A ATX
• Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
• Corsair CX600M 600W
• Intel Core i7 4790k 4.3 GHz
• Radeon r9 380
• Razer Naga 2015
• Razer Seiren

before the change I could semi stream most game with my old

• Intel Core i5 4670 3.4 GHz 6MB

but now its barly working, do I have to reinstall something or is my setup still bad? I havent tried with 30 fps yet but I bought this cpu so I could stream in 60 fps.
