Question / Help Can someone help come up with good streaming settings and maybe different recording settings?

Specs
CPU - IntelPentium g3258
GPU - Asus r7 260x
OS - Windows 8
RAM - 8GB DDR3 hyperX Fury
Internet - i can use up to 8000KB upload id like to stay around 2000-5000

Id like to have higher than 30fps video while recording but only if i can still get 720p or higher video quality
for streaming, id just like the best i can get.

streaming and recording in general with x264 is pretty much not going to happen

you can use qsv (your cpu should support it) or by using the amd encoder thingy which name i forgot.
