So I tested streaming and recording but there was no audio to be seen in my stream. ( I was watching on another device)
But I could hear everything while I was streaming on my end.
So I tested the recording, the recording had no audio that could be heard when watching the recording. I could hear everything while I was recording.

The weird thing is, when i dragged my recording to my editing software Davinci Resolve, I could see all the audio track and I could hear them!
So when recording, it records all the audio but it doesn't play any audio on any media devices?! Even VLC media player. But the audio is there when I open the video on davinci resolve.

What is this issue? Can anyone help?

Look in the advanced audio settings and see if you unselected channel 1 and/or 2 for the audio that is sent to the stream and recording.

Everything is checked... it was working fine, but suddenly it just stopped working. I did download VB audio cable and Banana, but i have now since deleted those and its still not back up. Even reinstalled OBS.
weird thing is, only Chromes audio is playing on the recording? All my apps are using the same input and output so I have no idea.

Your video players are only playing Track 1, which has nothing recorded on it. DaVinci Resolve imports all tracks and plays them all. As @PaiSand said, you must have only sent audio to Tracks 2, 3, etc., but nothing to Track 1, or you had Track 1 muted.

He's right! I separated all my audio into their own tracks, leaving audio 1 to Chrome audio.(Which was the only audio I could hear). It took me a while to retrace my steps but I got back here. His comment help me get there faster. THx PaiSand
