Can ryzen 7 3700x stream 1080p60 on dedicated streaming pc?

I'm trying to stream 1080p60 on my dedicated streaming pc. It has a ryzen 7 3700x. I can stream 720p60 on slow no problem but when i switch to 1080p60 I get major stutterung even on veryfast. I only have 8gbs of ram could that be a problem? I was streaming at 6000 bitrate. I know thats not ideal but i was just testing it at that bitrate I'm not an affiliate. I also stream through NDI. Both pcs have gb connection and are connected through a gb switch. My gaming pc has a 10700k and rtx 3060. I know nvenc is an option with that card but i thought a 3700x would be able to do 1080p60.

You can try with Auto-Config and see if you give a base line for settings. But trying to push 1080p60 is alot on hardware. I have seen alot either doing 720p60 or 936p60 for streaming from what I seen. You can try with NVENC, but it is not as good like newer cards but you can try it. If you getting issues within OBS post a log so others can help isolate.
 
I had some custom settings that were messing things up. I removed them and am doing 936p on slow now. Thanks for all the replys.
