New to Video recording software and im having some issues. i can recod in 60fps but as soon as there is movement in recording it downgrades capture to 480p or lower but still at 60fps. if i get it to record in full HD it stutters consatntly in the recording.
My PC is as follows:
16gb DDR3 ram
AMD FX 8350 8 core black edition
Asus Saber tooth motherboard
R9-270x Toxic edition 2gb (Sapphire)
1tb hdd older seagate not sure what speed
