can obs take the deverberate plugin?

as subject says:
I'm running windows 10 and I have the devergerate plugin v3.0.4 installed. I copied DeVerberate3.dll to C:\Program Files\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit but in obs studio/filters the plugin is not present. its not present under VST plugins either. I did this while obs was not loaded. maybe I'm doing something wrong or is deverberate incompatible with obs?. thanks for any pounters.

You have to contact the developer/maintainer of the said plugin, if it's compatible with OBS and up to wich version.
VST plugins have it's own location inside windows and this plugins normally comes with an installer wich drops them in there and apply any registry needed for it to function correctly.

update: I've just read somewhere -
"Does OBS support vst3?
OBS currently only supports VST plugins of version 2.4"
deverberate is vst3 so I'm not getting a good feeling about this
