Can OBS differentiate between RCTRL and LCTRL?

As well as LSHIFT and RSHIFT and LALT and RALT? I have my teamspeak3 push to talk set to RCTRL and I use LCTRL for copy paste keys and TS3 can tell the difference between the two keys so I don't end up speaking over TS3 but with OBS it only sees both keys as "CTRL"...

I also ponder if it would be possible to use joystick input for push to talk because I have problems with some programs stealing keyboard input away from background processes, surprisingly joystick devices are unaffected by that.

Forgive me if this has ever been suggested before... but I think it would be a very good feature to have.

Since you already found out that it doesnt differentiate, not sure what to tell you :) But probably this could be added in the rewrite at least.
Joystick input has been added as well, it might not be in the current version yet but will definitely be in the next release version.
