Question / Help Can not run when using mixed graphics card(Nvidia+Radeon)

There seems to be a problem when using mixed graphics cards.
However, an error occurs only for dual monitor.

Is there a solution?

OS : Windows 10 64bit
OBS Studio Version : 19.0.2
Setup Plugin : AMD-Encoder-for-OBS-Studio.2.1.5

Graphics card # 1 : Monitor 1 and 2 connections
Graphics card # 2: Monitor not connected

OBS Studio runs without problems.
