Can not download obs

obs downloader is saying obs studio is already running but i do not own obs studio. i have streamlabs obs but it is not running currently.
any ideas how to fix this i cant seem to find anything on any forums or any videos with others having the same issue

Check task manager for obs64.exe, sometimes other programs bundle OBS and don't bother changing the name.

nothing is running ive gone through all my files to find anything obs related to delete it except streamlabs obs. cause thats my current software and i dont want to be completely down for streaming.

when i start the down load the only thing that is up is obs downloader

i just did a hard reset on my computer and that seemed to fix it

You need to click More details / Details to see all processes in task manager.
