Bug Report Can not capture the IE browser

When I try to capture the video of IE browser in windows 8.x. The OBS cannot get the inner image of IE.

My testing environment:
IE 11(11.0.9600.17416)
Windows 8.1(6.3.9600)
OBS 0.637 Beta

Disable hardware acceleration in your IE options.

I tried to switch IE's rendering mode to software. But I still got nothing.
