Currently having issues with streaming through my GPU and the issue happened out of no where after a long stream. I've tried the majority of everything and can't find a solution to fix it.
Basically once I go live on twitch with OBS Studio after a couple seconds my "Dropped Frames (Network)" will increase to 50-98%. My bitrate jumps from 8000k-5000k-1000k-0k. Yes, I'm aware of 8k bitrate won't work unless partner with twitch. I've been streaming at that bitrate for a good handful of months maybe even a year with 0 issues. I've even rollbacked my OBS to 28.1.2 to see if that would fix it and well.. here I am asking for help! I've also tried x.264 but it would only let me do it with both "Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion (Beta), Enable network optimizations". Even when using that and getting all of the other settings configured, my bitrate would panic and stream quality felt and looked worse compare to my GPU. I've used the software (twitchtest) and nothing changed and have contacted my provider just to hear "I don't think that's an issue on our end and the reason why I'm saying that is because I have multiple callers regarding your specific question with streaming to a platform, and from everything I can see here nothing is wrong with the equipment you have or connection" I call BS but anyone can assist me with any further troubleshooting.
Unfortunately I never saved the file for when it started the issue... I was half awake closing in on 13 hours being live and wanted to go longer but couldn't.. I will upload the most recent with current settings I've been using for a year.
System:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-core processor
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
G.Skill Trident RGB 64GB
MSI B550 Gaming Edge Wifi
Provider: Sprectum
1G down 35 upload
(Yes, I'm hardwired with a Cat6 line from when i had 2GB up and down with Google.)
OBS studio settings (same settings I've ran for almost a year..)
AMD HW H.264 (AVC)
CBR
Bitrate:8000
Keyframe Interval: 2
Preset: Speed
Profile: High
Max B-frames: 0
Base Res: 1920x1080
Output Res: 1664x936
Downscale Filter: Lanczos
FPS: 60
Game:
Apex Legends

Graphics are either set to none or lowest setting.
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you in advance!
