Can no longer change Output (Scaled) Resolution

Hi, I'm trying to change settings to record in 9:16 and set the base and output resolution to 1080x1920. I've never had a problem with this before but it won't let me change the output resolution. It won't let me type anything manually in the box and the pre-selected suggestions are all 16:9.

Any advice?

How it looks your OBS Settings field where you can't enter the numbers? If possible, please, add screenshot.
