Question / Help Can my laptop stream LoL?

Hi there! I'm a brand new member simply wishing to stream league of legends. Should my computer be able to stream at a decent quality and fps? Here are the specs: i7-2670QM Processor, GTX 570M, 16GB DDR3 system memory...my laptop is up to date to Windows 10. I've tried following tutorials and different settings..I'm just out of ideas!

Here is my most recent log of just testing out different settings. My ingame fps drop to 15fps whenever I preview streaming/actually stream: https://gist.github.com/d40f2ce8fbc2f1ebc3cfc136e85d326e

It has a good CPU, so you should be able to. But use Game Capture instead of Window Capture, set the FPS to 30 instead of 28, use a wired connection instead of wireless, and set the webcam to 540p instead of 720p.

Oh yeah and until there's a fix for it, uninstall the Windows 10 Anniversary Update if its installed.
