Question / Help Can my (current computer) setup be used as the stream for my new PC?

Running a i7-3770K CPU 16GB ram, and GTX 760. I understand I can stream with this computer, and then play with another computer I've yet to build. My question is what is the best/easiest way to go about this last I checked it seemed a little heady. Do I just need a splitter or is there more to this?
 
It's always a bit of a problem. But you will need at the least a capture card and likely a mic to plug into the streaming PC, separate from what you use on your main PC (for conversing with others)
