Question / Help Can I use OBS to stream TO China?

Hello, I am German but most of my friends are Chinese. I would like to stream on Bilibili.

My question: Can I link OBS or StreamlabOBS (dont even know if this is the right forum for the latter, sorry if not) to Bilibili?

It is all in Chinese, but my friends will help me with that. I am just curious. Maybe can I even multistream to Twitch and Bilibili at the same time?

OBS is able to stream to every streaming service that supports rtmp as streaming protocol. If you find a URL to stream to and a stream key (this is what you get if you sign up on the streaming service and prepare a streaming channel within that streaming service), OBS is probably able to stream there.

Hi. I happened to search streaming to China recently. Bilibili seemed to start restricting streaming from outside mainland China early last year (2020). You can still upload videos but might need a good VPN to stream. Good luck
