Heres my problem....
I stream games from my PS4 through elgato to my OBS, The game audio is perfect, its the Mic setup that has got me Frustrated. I would like to wear my Head set and Listen to my game audio/ speak through the headset mic and have it picked up on my OBS. When i use my Webcam mic It sounds crappy and also gets a bad Echo because im assuming its picking up my voice from the webcam and my headset. Ive also tried using a Blue snowball mic that also sounds crappy. Theres so many Audio setting between OBS, Elgato and my PS4 I dont know where to start. I know its kinds confusing but any help is greatly appreciated !!

Your Snowball should sound better than any headset mic. It's very good for its price. What do you mean when you say it sounds crappy?

Maybe Ill try My Snowball again but it just sounds like the web cam to me. Very distant even when I have it close. It also picks up alot of my background noise, IE: Dog barking,TV in another room etc.... I figured by using my Mic in my headset it would drown out those sounds a bit more. When you see a streamer that is using his headset and ear buds do you know exactly what he is doing ? I was thinking of hooking the headset to my computer and using the mic through there. Mute all of my other Mics Then use ear buds through my PS4 to hear game audio. Dont know if it will work. Thanks for the help though !!!

If you have an abundance of background noises then using a headset mic would definitely drown these out more as they are quite sensitive mics. Your other option would be using the noise gate feature within OBS but that's only going to cancel out these noises when you aren't speaking. There are ways of live noise removal but they are more for fan/static noises which are consistent.

For listening to my PC and PS4 at the same time, I use a Y Splitter like this. If you are happy to use phones and buds go ahead.
