Can I use AV1 encoding with a Intel ARC A380 as a second GPU?

Hi there.

I was hoping if I could get some answers towards this question. I've been eyeing the Intel ARC A380 to encode my videos using AV1 as it has been proved multiple times how beneficiary it is.

However, I am perfectly content with my RTX 2070 and I still game with it. With how expensive the 7000 series (AMD) and the 4000 series (NVIDIA) is at this current market, I was hoping I could use the A380 as a second GPU strictly for encoding my videos.

Has anyone done this and confirms it works? Or are there certain limitations I'm not aware of?

Looks like someone's made a plugin that forces it to work and people have reported it being used.
