The Ripsaw is literally just an Avermedia Extremecap U3, slapped into a Razer-branded shell. The U3 works for some people, but for many others is just an endless headache of compatibility issues, errors, and other annoying problems that can't be fixed and just come down to "buy another card or deal with it".
Besides, if you are gaming and streaming from the same PC, a capture card will do you NO GOOD, despite the BS snake oil Avermedia persists in pushing so people who don't know any better will buy one of their cheap pieces of junk. It will not lower your CPU or GPU usage, and can in fact RAISE it as compared to just using a game or window capture.
