Question / Help Can I Stream?

I'm a console streamer looking to getting into pc gaming, I was wondering if the pc I was looking at would be able to handle streaming something like fortnite on decent settings.
  • Intel® Core™ i5-7400 processor Quad-core 3 GHz
  • NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 with 3 GB Dedicated Memory
  • 16 GB, DDR4 SDRAM
  • 1 TB HDD, 128 GB SSD
I don't think my internet would be a problem as I have 100 down/15 up.
If this is possible, any recommended settings would be great.
