Question / Help Can i stream?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Graphic Card: AMD R9 200 Series
Ram: 12GB
Connection: 50mb down /10mb up

I want to stream Albion/Battlerite/League if possible

When i tried to i got buffering issues, should i post a log?

Also where could i find the best settings for my spec?
