Question / Help Can i stream with this?

Hey guys,
i know this question is here like all day but however. I have 1 Mb/Upload and couldnt stream with this so far. So i read you can stream with this connection u just need the right settings. I can stream, the only thing is that i get 200-XXX Ping in League of Legends (the game i want to stream). My pc specs:

AMD Phenom II X4 945
ATI Radeon Hd 5750 (I know it's bad but i think this doesnt really matter)
8 GB Ram

I hope you can give me the settings or even help me a bit!

https://obsproject.com/estimator and enable MNI (Minimize Network Impact) from the broadcasting settings, otherwise post a log file viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97

If you're going to use Monitor capture, Aero needs to be disabled or it will be really slow, like it is now.

I disabled it. But it's still lagging ingame for me.

Disable aero from the video settings then restart obs and change the server from frankfurt to lodon or amesterdam ingests and you can afford to lower the bitrate to 1500 or lower without noticing a quality hit for that game and resolution/fps.

btw the log still doesn't stat you have MNI enabled in case you still have that unticked.
