Question / Help Can i Stream with this setup ?

GTX 680 4GB
Windows 7 64bit

*Can i stream demanding AAA games ? *If so what kind of settings and *can i stream in high quality ?

quicksync

means using your ipgu (Intel HD Graphics 4000) to encode takes away ~95% of cpu usage and lets the ipgu do everything its not the same quality as x264 but its pretty decent and quite a bit better than using nvenc (nvidia encoder on gtx 650 and above cards)

Ok thanks, also if i have a capture card, can I use my laptop to do the streaming ?

Assuming your laptop is up to the task of real time video encoding you could, but for most things it would probably be easier just to stream on your 3570K. It's a good CPU and should handle streaming at 720p30 well.
