Question / Help Can i stream with this PC?

I want to stream a lot but when i stream i have some laggs so can i stream with this pc?

AMD Athlon(tm) X4 740 Quad Core processor
4GB RAM
64-bit operating system Windows 7
NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
And my internet is pretty fast.

What games ? It's kinda weak PC to be honest, depend on games but that would be okayish mostly for dedicated stream machine (only to stream from another PC) and even then I'm not 100% sure where are the limits.

League Of Legends, HearthStone. Well i know it's not the best pc, what i should change to stream without laggs, would it be better to add some RAMS or to get better processor or video card?

Better processor and video card. Would probably mean upgrading motherboard and RAM too.
