Question / Help Can i stream with this? And why cant i change my Video Adapter?

Hello. Im new to the streaming stuff and i would like some help.
I have an Intel i7-4500u (1.8 to 3.3GHz_
AMD Radeon HD8750
and 8gigs of RAM.
My question is: What are the best setting for me to stream? And can i do it on most games at 60fps (const)?
Im using a laptop and my max ressolution is 1336x768.
Second question : When i go in video settings the vid adapter shows : Nvidia integrated card not my switchable AMD Radeon. Can i change that? I was thinking about disabling my nvidia card from BIOS but i dont if bios has this option.

Thats what i have in 3d settings tab from the tutorial you gave me. I cant select OBS.exe anywhere.

Do you have catalyst drivers installed at all?

Ah, wait, this is an AMD mobile GPU. Unfortunately, AMD mobile GPU drivers are terrible and you won't be able to get it to work right. You're going to run the game in windowed mode and use Window capture with Compatibility mode instead if you want to capture it.
