Question / Help Can I stream with 1Mbps

Hello! My internet is too slow. My pc is: i5 6500;gtx960 4g;8gb ram. How I can stream on twitch with this internet?

I streamed a webcam when I had those speeds.
I don't do games so I can't speak for that but I do know, that when I just streamed my Webcam it used most of my resources and didn't leave much for anything else.
 
change your Settings for the Speedtest.

you have roughly 8Mbps Upload which would be equal to ~ 8000 Bitrate.

You shouldnt have any Problem with streaming.
