So when I stream it sometimes plays like a slideshow I don't know how to fix

Set Up:

Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5
HyperX Kingston Technology FURY Black 8 GB
750W XXX Edition Single Rail Power Supply
and WINDOWS 10
