Question / Help Can I stream LoL with these settings?

Hello guys! I'm a League Of Legends streamer and I'd like to know if there's a way to reduce lag(I'm only lagging in major teamfights, other than that, it runs smoothly).
My rig is:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.60 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 12 GB

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 840M 2GB

Internet connection: 17.88 Mbps Download speed
6.08 Mbps Upload speed

Can you recommend me the best settings that go with my setup? I currently have 100+ followers and almost 1000 total views so I wouldn't want to disappoint my current viewers :D Thanks for your help guys! <3

make sure to post a log, else helping you is pretty much impossible ;D

as a general guideline regarding your hardware

your cpu is rather on the weakside leaving you with max 720p30 in veryfast preset but lol is luckily quite easy on the cpu also doesnt eat a ton of bitrate.

if those are your current settings you can try running on superfast preset for further information we would need your log and a more specific description of your problems

Here is the log. The problem is when I engage in a larger teamfight(ex: when all the players gather into a spot and all the particles and effects go on at the same time) im experiencing fps drops.(This doesn't happen when obs is off. Normally, i can run the game maxed out without any lag whatsoever) What I'm asking is, what are some good settings that are going to guarantee a better experience?

at this point you have 3 options

use your current resolution but use the superfast preset
downscale your resolution by 1.25 and use veryfast
if nothing helps downscale by 1.25 and use superfast

using ultrafast would make your look extremely worse in comparison
