Question / Help can i stream IRL on my old end laptop?

hey guys /sorry for my terrible english/
i have a question to you.... im have a rly bad laptop
Asus x301a
RAM 8GB,
Win7 OS,
IntelHD Chipset Grahphic card,
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B970 2.30GHz

Can be possible for me to run IRL stream without my laptop to blow up LUL, I mean only webcam and thats it? ... if the answer is "yes" can you give me sume tips (settings) how to cinfigurate the program to work right.

Possibly but doubtful.

Download the latest OBS and run the Auto-Configuration from the Tools menu. It will ask questions, run some test, and suggest some basic settings.
