As is says in the thread title, I have to live stream (24x7x365) a security Camera feed from the NVR, bundled with the Cameras to YouTube for public consumption.

It is a work promotion we are having.
The camera;s are mounted and connected to their NVR and we have an Internet circuit at the location dedicated to this project.
I do have budget for a computer to run as an encoder.

I have never done anything like this before, and there was a miscommunication with the Web Designers in who is responsible for what..

Video quality is not super important as the cameras are already in night mode anyway.

Thanks in advance

I don't know that.
I suspect not, as the cameras are connected to an NVR that was provided with the cameras.
The site is an hour each way trip, but I do have a copy of the software running the NVR,
I will install this to see if I can get an answer.

I believe that things like Foscams also can be hooked with the CLR Browser plugin, using the videostream.cgi URL.
You might want to look into using something like ZoneMinder though to act as the 'glue', and just window capture that with OBS for streaming. It's more purpose-built for managing security cameras.

If you're using a Pelco system or other high-end... well. Good luck. They tend to be super-paranoid and don't play well with others, so to speak.
