Question / Help Can I stream from my laptop?

Basically I want to run the game from the PS4 but stream from the laptop (using a capture card) so I can get follower alerts and all that good stuff. Can my laptop run it?

I know you need RAM but that's all I know, my laptop has 8GB of RAM. Can I stream from a capture card using my laptop?
