Question / Help Can I stream BOII?

Hi everyone,

I have an question.. I'm totally new to streaming to Twitch and I wanne start streaming to Twitch.. Can my PC run streaming and playing Black Ops II? Here are my specs:

AMD Athlon II X3 455 Processor 3,3GHz
AMD Radeon HD 6670
4GB RAM
465GB Harddrive
x32 Bit
21MB Download / 7MB Upload
BenQ 24" (1920x1080)
