Hi! I recently upgraded to a Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz
I was wondering what are the best obs settings I can try to get, without getting that high cpu message, I want to try my best to get to 60fps or as close as I can.
I included my pc specs: http://i.imgur.com/MEhc9Mx.png

Short version, try it and see. A lot of livestreaming is trial and error, testing stuff out to see what will work for you.

Long version, i5s tend to run out of gas much past 720p@30fps, when also subject to a gaming load.

That said, outside of some very specific use-case scenarios, 60fps is mostly just chasing a number. There's a BIG difference in playing at 30fps vs 60fps, when 60 is important. But streaming? Not so much. It just tends to eat up bandwidth (which you don't have to spare, unless you're a Partnered caster with quality options) and forces you to either exceed the 2000kbps maximum recommended for non-partners, or to drop to 480p resolution so it doesn't look like crap at 2000.
