Question / Help can i start stream

hi guys i ahve question can i start stream with my old pc AMD 860k_Geforce 750ti_ and 12gb Ram
and what settings should i set to stream 720p 30FPS i know i cant stream new games but i wanna try stream like MAFIA 2 PUBG LITE and some offline games

That CPU is too old to stream with.

but i see peoples who stream with this CPU, they stream CS GO and Fortnite in Youtube

Should work, it is not too weak. Use Tools->Autoconfiguration and activate nvenc (hardware) as encoder to generate a baseline configuration suited to the power of your machine.
