Question / Help Can I run OBS with Windows 8.1 on an iMac with no issues?

wasn't sure if i should post this here or on the mac support forum, but figured that maybe since people here use obs for windows then this should be the right place.

am i correct to assume that running obs on a windows operating system installed on a mac should be ok?

everything should run fine despite the fact that it's windows 8.1 on a mac desktop, right?
