Question / Help Can I Live Stream With These Specs?

I'm buying a computer from a friend, and these are the specs:

Lenovo M Series
Intel Core i7 i7-2600
CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40GHz,
8GB memory ram
500GB hard drive,
windows 7,
3.0 USB Port

Is that good enough for basic live streaming, I'm wanting to livestream on Twitch Creative?

I am not 100% good at these things, but to me this looks very decent. (I don't exactly know what you would call "basic live streaming" but this seems to be decent) Dont take my word for it!

Thank you, unfortunately my friend couldn't sell their computer, so I'm looking into other ones. I actually had my eye on another now.
