Question / Help Can I just exclusively record without streaming?

If I dont' want to stream anymore and just want to record to local hard drive, how would I do that?

Change the Mode to File Output Only in Broadcast settings

Could I record in 1080p 60fps? Would I take a huge performance hit? Recently i've been streaming and since the Chicago server is down, I've been seeing a little lag so that's why I'm interested

That is a question that you would need to answer by testing, it can be done but your system has to be up to the task.

Save your local file to a drive other than what you are running your OS/Games on for one, and if you do not have a very strong CPU then do not use intensive encoding settings.
