Your audio bitrate is too high, turn it down to 128. Also set your audio devices (console), audio inputs (sound card line in or whatever Elgato uses) and OBS all to 44100 for most efficient use of your resources (or all to 48000, they should all be the same, but in theory 44100 is best of all).

Don't exceed your bitrate with your buffer size. So if you are streaming at 2800 bitrate, don't have your buffer at more than 2800. This isn't a hard rule, but a recommendation. Personally I stream at 3000 bitrate and 2000 buffer. The smaller the buffer the less variable the bitrate is, which makes Twitch and my connection happier.

I don't know what game you're playing and speedtest isn't a viable speed test for streaming. Use testmy.net instead. Tell us those things, but also make the changes above, do a stream for 5 minutes, then come back here and post the log file from that stream.

I usually stream CAll of Duty and the test with the testmy.net says that my upload connection is 8Mb/s.
I will come back at home on sunday, I'll post the log file on sunday :)

About the audio, I think I should set at 44.1, I don't know which is used by elgato, probably 44.1 :)
Thanks for your suggestion!

Just a slightly obvious note... run the testmy.net test on the connection you use for streaming.
Pointing this one out as we have had people run a speed test on their work connection, and not understand that the results they get there have no bearing on their home (streaming) connection.
