Question / Help Can I do this?

Can I set up on my game stream the overlay of current song from web radio? Like everytime I add custom region from google chrome window where I cut out the artist and name of the song, when I go into game the game covers up that area and all I can see is same region ingame. Do I need to have 2 monitors or can I do this with only one monitor?
