Question / Help Can I do a screen capture on a separate computer?

My objective is to screen capture a computer that is separate from the one I am using to run OBS. I need to capture that screen (while another person runs a power point) I would like for my controls to go uninterpreted by the other person scrolling through the power point. What would be the easiest way to go about this?

A GOOD capture card.

what ones would you suggest?

Startech, micomsoft and blackmagic ones work well. the blackmagic ones have a dedicated capture type in obs studio.

Also the Elgato HD60 Pro work well, despite quite a few threads here, that mostly appeared to be PEBCAK errors that Elgato support got squared away.

Would not recommend Blackmagic though. Micomsoft, Magewell, possibly Startech for some of their knockoff micomsoft gear.
