Change color space in advanced settings to 709 for better colors.
Uncheck rescale output in the output tab. Since you scaled in video you do not need this.
CPU usage preset, you can change to faster, this will use more CPU so if it says encoding overloaded then change it back. This will increase your video quality a lot though.
You can change the framerate to 30, sometimes this helps with the quality. 30fps livestreams sometimes look better than 60fps livestreams.
