Can I ask a question, how does this computer get the most performance in the live streaming?

If the delayed live streaming is set, then whether the untransmitted live streaming (the delayed live streaming has not been shown) can be replaced with a picture or other video, so that the audience will not be able to see the live streaming that has not been shown because of the delay.

For example, in live streaming, there is a screen that should not be shown to the audience, because there is a delay setting, so how to make the screen directly become a picture before it is transmitted to the live screen of the audience to block the display screen of live streamin

I say this not meaning to be critical, I'm only trying to understand
I'm guessing English isn't your native language, right? I ask as I'm not following your post/question, and want top phrase a response accordingly.

IF you are asking about Studio Mode in OBS (where there is a Preview Window and the 'live' {composited view that streamed and/or recorded} View), then yes, the Preview Window is for the OBS operator only. The Preview window isn't a delay, it is a separate 'work space' to adjust one's video composition without the stream/recording seeing those adjustments being made. The OBS operator then controls when and how the Preview Window is made 'live'
- There are some native to OBS basic transition effects, and with 3rd party plugins, many more sophisticated transition effects/filters.

Is this the OBS functionality you are asking about?

User asking about the censorship in the live stream. The feature is not implemented (as for today).

The delayed stream (the OBS setting Stream Delay) can only be forcefully aborted on stream stop (click the stop button - there should be two options: one is to abort the connection and discard the buffered data that wasn't send yet; other is to send all buffered data and only then abort the connection).
Alternative option to abort transmission of the buffered data is to kill the OBS task... o_O

There were discussions on the forum about the feature. The most interesting thought was that the "censorship" will not boost the view count for your channel but the small "accident event" will certainly do :)
