Question / Help Can hear audio on stream, but nothing through my headphones.

Sorry to clog up the forum with yet another I'm sure basic question but I cant for the life of me figure out the problem.

When I stream all viewers can hear the game, but I can not through my headphones.
When I load up anything else on my PC the sound comes through. Only when I attempt to listen through my live/preview stream through obs I get nothing.

Under volume control options I have it set to Headset Earphone (Astro Wireless Transmitter)
Desktop audio device set to Headset Earphone (Astro Wireless Transmitter)
Playback and recording devices are also set to my astros and they are my default device

Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you saying that your headphones are completely failing to work when desktop audio capture (aka the stream) is on?

I fixed it. I had to go into sources > video capture > properties. Then switch my Audio to Output audio to desktop. Appreciate the prompt response time Jim.
