Can anyone recommend some better encoding settings for live basketball/football streaming?

I'm streaming live sports to youtube and not very happy with the picture. There's always compression artifacts around people and the picture struggles in high motion areas. The background tends to look good, but I want the players to look good.

Are there some better settings I could be using?

720p60
4000 Kbps

keyframe 2
CPU usage preset fast
profile main
tune (none)
x264 options: bframes=2 level=4.1 ref=1

Thanks for any suggestions.
 
Increase bitrate as high as your connection supports. Put profile back to high. Get rid of your x264 options.
