Question / Help Can anyone recommend an OBS expert consultant we can hire on an hourly rate?

We are new to OBS, and trying to output unusual shaped video frame (742x720 for a dual stream player) and also trying to control playback of video files - apparently can be done through hotkeys and VLC. Not seeing any way to do that.

Thoughts? Willing to pay top dollar.

Can anyone tell me where/how to find a top OBS expert? This is not a scam of any sort. We are looking to hire some expertise, but cannot find a good place to do so. We work with people on Upwork a lot, but none of them seem to have much OBS expertise. Any thoughts out there? Thanks!
