Question / Help Can anyone help me with the settings?

Hi everyone,
I' ve just started with OBS and I have seen a few tutorials of how to display the settings.
I' ve changed a lot of things but my computer stills droping the FPS while recording.
My computer specs are the next:

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz

Video Card
AMD Radeon HD 8600M Series

Video Card #2
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

RAM
8.0 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

So, could you help me with the Settings?

That's a dual core with hyperthreading, and its clocked about half of what a desktop version would be. As such, you're going to have problems streaming (which rule-of-thumb needs a normally-clocked quad-core), but you might be able to record to your hard drive using Quicksync.

If you want specific help, then configure your settings as best as you're able and post an OBS log file from it running for at least five minutes while showing high action content.
